Ingredients:
- 1 cup atta
- ½ cup butter ( softened )
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ bp
- ¼ bs
- 1 tsp roasted jeera
- 3 tsp milk
- 4 tsp sugar powder
Procedure:

In a bowl beat butter until it becomes creamy, add sugar,sieve atta,bp,bs,salt. Mix jeera , combine all together, shape dough in cylindrical log and keep in fridge for 30 mins.
Cut into thick slices, place in tray and sprinkle jeera on top.
Pre heat oven and bake at 160 degree for 15-18 min.
Cool completely and enjoy.
