Ingredients:
- Kabuli chana 200 gram
- Onions chopped 2
- Salt
- Tejpata
- Ginger garlic 2-3 tsp
- 2 elachi+ darchini+black pepper
- Jeera powder
- Dhania powder
- Red chilli powder
- Green chillies
- Baking soda 1⁄2 tsp
- Roasted besan
- Chole masala
- Tea liquor 2 cups
Procedure:

Wash and soak kabuli chana for 5 hrs , set a cooker in medium heat add onions, add salt and fry it. Add all whole spices one by one then powdered spices and chana , fry all well for 3-4 mins. [don’t use chole masala and roasted besan] now add tea liquor and cook for 4-5 whistle.
Heat a pan, add roasted besan [ 2 tsp] add chole masala, hara dhania and fry little add these in cooker and keeping the gas sim boil for 5 more mins, ready.
