Ingredients:
- Chire [ soaked ] 1 cup
- 1⁄4 cup boiled green peas
- 1⁄2 cup grated carrot
- 1⁄4 cup onion chopped
- Chopped kaju 1-2 tsp
- Green chillies
- Ginger chopped
- Garam masala powder
- Salt
- Sugar
- Lemon juice
- Chopped dhania 2-3 tsp
- Some bread crumbs or maida or oats dust for dusting.
Procedure:

Soak chiwra for 5-10 mins
Add all ingredients together and mix with hand.
Let it cover and set aside for 10 mins, then shape like small cutlets and after heating the fry pan add cutlets , before that dust oats powder or breadcrumbs.
